Policy: All purchases come with a 20 day money back return policy.
The refund amount will be 100% of the merchandise purchase price,
exclusive of freight charges. If the merchandise received does not meet
your satisfaction simply return the merchandise, freight prepaid, to
Toolholders, Inc., 11925 Enterprise Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241. Be
sure to obtain a return authorization number in advance by calling
513-326-3013 and include this number with your returned merchandise. All
returned merchandise must be returned in an "unused condition"
and in as good of condition in which it was shipped. The return policy
is not for remedy of freight damage. All freight damage matters are
strictly between the buyer and the freight company or shipping carrier
that they have chosen. |
